Cat Hay – Head of Packaging Advocacy and Strategy – Cat leads the packaging and circular economy strategy and advocacy work for the FDF. She was most recently head of policy and public affairs in Scotland for many years. She has deep experience and knowledge of the packaging policy landscape, having worked on DRS for some time, and previously worked for Zero Waste Scotland.
