Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to participation in UKPackaging Expo 2026.
UKPackaging Expo is organised by Prime Events Group Ltd, trading as UKPackaging Expo, with a registered office at 4th Floor, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB, company number 15898348. By participating in the event, exhibitors and visitors agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Organiser: Prime Events Group Ltd, trading as UKPackaging Expo.
- Exhibitor: any company or individual who books a stand.
- Visitor: any person attending the event.
- Event: UKPackaging Expo 2026, held at Hall C, Exhibition Centre Liverpool on 10 and 11 November 2026.
2. Booking and payment
- Exhibitors must complete the booking form to secure their space.
- The organiser will issue an invoice for the total amount due.
- Full payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay may result in the booking being forfeited.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before the event require immediate payment.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Exhibitors may cancel by giving written notice to the organiser.
- Cancellations more than six months before the event incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than six months before the event incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
4. Exhibitor responsibilities
- Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and breaking down stands within allocated times.
- Stands must comply with the exhibitor manual and all applicable health and safety requirements.
- Exhibits must remain within the allocated stand space and must not cause obstructions.
- Exhibitors must hold public liability insurance with at least £2 million cover.
5. Event management
- The organiser may alter the event layout, location or timing where necessary.
- The organiser may reschedule or relocate the event for logistical, operational or strategic reasons. Bookings will transfer to the new date or location and no refund will be issued.
- The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to exhibitor property.
6. Photography and media
By participating, exhibitors and visitors grant the organiser the right to photograph and film the event, including stands, products and attendees, and to use that material for event promotion without compensation.
7. Data protection
Personal data is handled in line with our privacy policy. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing info@ukpackexpo.co.uk. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent except where required by law.
8. Force majeure and public health emergencies
The organiser is not liable for cancellation, delay or alteration caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes or government regulations. In a pandemic, epidemic or other public health emergency, the organiser may reschedule the event or move it to a virtual format. Bookings will transfer and no refunds will be issued.
9. Young persons
- Anyone under 16 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian and provide responsible-adult contact details.
- A written attendance request must reach the organiser at least 14 days before the event.
- The organiser may refuse entry where these requirements are not met.
10. Limitation of liability
The organiser's liability to exhibitors and visitors is limited to the amount paid for participation. The organiser is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
