Packaging Mode manufactures In-Mould Labelled (IML) plastic pots for UK food brands, supporting customers ranging from start-ups to major supermarket chains and high-end delicatessen producers. Its food-safe, tamper-evident polypropylene pots range from 120ml to 1180ml and are suitable for hot filling, with microwave- and freezer-safe options. Full-cover, double-sided and metallic IML finishes, precise Pantone colour matching and a four-point lid closure system help brands stand out while supporting both manual and automatic filling. Production runs 24/7 at a BRCGS Grade A+ certified plant in Kaunas, Lithuania, where more than 100 employees manufacture every pot to supermarket-ready standards. Sales and support are based in London, with fulfilment centres in Slough and Gloucester. IML trial runs start from 10,000 units with a six-week lead time. Pots and lids are packed together to reduce waste, making premium in-mould labelled packaging more accessible and lower risk.
